$400K Of Pine-Sol Stolen From Tractor-Trailer In Dauphin CountyFound Abandoned In NJ: PSP

According to Pennsylvania State Police, a tractor-trailer loaded with Pine-Sol cleaner valued at almost half a million dollars was discovered abandoned along Interstate 80 in New Jersey.

Around 1 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 3, troopers reported that Professional Freight Services, located on the 300 block of North Fairville Avenue in West Hanover Township, Dauphin County, had stolen the tractor-trailer and its cargo container.

According to investigators, the container itself was worth about $2,000, but the Pine-Sol inside was valued at almost $400,000. The victims in the case were identified by state police as Evans Delivery Co. Inc. in Indiana, C.H. Robinson in Iowa, and Norfolk Southern in Harrisburg.

According to detectives, New Jersey State Police later found the stolen truck abandoned along I-80 in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, on Thursday, August 8. There was no cargo on board.

No one has been arrested, and no suspects have been identified. The inquiry is still ongoing.
