Anthony Kelly, a Ledgewood resident, has been suspended without pay since the charges were brought last November, Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll and Chief of Detectives Robert McNally said. Per the terms of a plea agreement, he faces seven years in prison, authorities said.

An investigation into Kelly began after law enforcement received six CyberTips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that he was distributing child pornography on a Kik account, authorities said.

Kelly distributed more than 100 items of child sexual abuse material on the account between July 2024 and October 2024, authorities said.
