Carlos Owens Stuck In Bristol Chimney In Failed Break-In: PD
According to police, a man from Bristol had to be rescued after being trapped in a chimney while attempting to break into a building.

Carlos Owens, 35, was discovered stuck in the chimney of a building in Bristol’s Rockwell Park on Dutton Avenue. When Bristol Parks and Recreation employees heard anything strange, they were the first to alert the police, according to the police.
Owens was successfully pulled out by the Bristol Fire Department after they arrived. Owens was unharmed, but the structure and chimney sustained physical damage as a result of the rescue operations.
According to police, he was taken into custody and charged with first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree burglary, and first-degree criminal mischief.
Authorities further stated that he was later freed on a $50,000 non-surety bail.
