Motorcyclist Airlifted With Life-Threatening Injuries After 5-Vehicle Crash In Lisbon: Police
According to authorities, a five-vehicle collision in Lisbon, Connecticut, on Tuesday morning, June 24, left a motorcyclist gravely hurt.

Shortly after 11 a.m., Connecticut State Police received a call of a multi-vehicle crash at 689 River Road.
A Nissan Rogue SUV slowed to turn right into a gas station, according to the preliminary inquiry. According to investigators, the rider, who lived in Norwich, tried to pass on the left but collided with the car.
The rider was thrown from the motorcycle by the impact and smashed into three empty cars parked at the gas station.
The SUV driver had minor injuries and was taken to William W. Backus Hospital by paramedics. With potentially fatal injuries, the biker was evacuated to Hartford Hospital.
Investigations into the crash are still ongoing.
