Jessica Siomara Rivera-Vanegas Wanted For Hit-Run In PWC
Authorities said that a 21-year-old woman is wanted after she collided with a Prince William County Police car while attempting to flee.

After a crazy incident in Manassas earlier this week, Jessica Siomara Rivera-Vanegas is wanted for felony hit-and-run and careless driving, according to the police.
According to the Prince William County Police Department, the disturbance started just before 6 p.m. on Monday, June 23, when officers noticed a suspicious car parked behind a company in the 10400 block of Sudley Manor Drive.
The driver, later identified as Rivera-Vanegas, pushed the car into reverse and smashed into a marked police cruiser before racing off, according to police, after cops arrived and discovered what seemed to be illegal drugs inside the vehicle.
Detectives discovered Rivera-Vanegas had been using the car without the owner’s consent when they discovered it abandoned close to King George Drive.
There were no reports of additional property damage or injuries.
Although arrest warrants have now been acquired, as of Wednesday, investigators were unable to locate Rivera-Vanegas.
She is currently wanted for:
- Felony hit and run;
- Reckless driving;
- Felony eluding;
- Unauthorized use;
- Possession of a Schedule I/II drug.
According to the description, Rivera-Vanegas is a white woman with brown eyes, black hair, and a height of 4 feet 11 inches and a weight of about 170 pounds.
According to the police, her last known residence was in Manassas, in the 9700 block of King George Drive.
