Authorities claimed that on Monday, June 23, a 33-year-old Blackwood man brandished a pistol on Route 42 in Gloucester County, leading to his arrest and charges.

According to New Jersey State Police, a person reported that the driver of a Chrysler 300 had pointed a pistol at them, prompting troopers to respond to Route 42 in Deptford Township. According to authorities, troopers found the car and took Khalif Kemp into custody.

According to police, Kemp was accused of terroristic threats, unlawful possession of a weapon, unlawful transit of a firearm, unlawful carrying of a handgun in public, and unlawful and unjustifiable exhibition of a handgun.
