Burglars Hit Brad Pitt s Mansion Just Before His New Formula 1 Movie’s Premiere
Brad Pitt’s house was broken into when he was on the red carpet.
On Friday, June 27, Apple Original Films’ F1 The Movie, starring Brad Pitt as Sonny Hayes, opens in theaters and IMAX.
After three individuals allegedly scaled a front fence and broke through a window late Wednesday night, June 25, according to an NBC News report, police are looking into a break-in at the actor’s Los Angeles estate.
Pitt, 60, wasn’t at home when it happened. He was promoting the upcoming racing drama F1 The Movie, in which he plays the role of fictional driver Sonny Hayes. On Friday, June 27, the Apple Original Films production opens in theaters and IMAX.
Over the past week, Pitt has attended the film’s star-studded premieres in London and New York City, among other places.
According to NBC, Los Angeles police reported the burglary about 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Investigators stated the suspects looted the house and took off with an undetermined quantity of stolen goods.
It took some time to reveal the complete amount of the missing objects and damage.
As of Thursday, June 26, there had been no arrests, and authorities claim the culprits are still at large.
The inquiry is still under progress.
