Centreville Man Flashed, Pleasured Himself In Public On Popular Trail, Police Say

According to investigators, a 21-year-old male from Centreville is facing several counts after allegedly exposing himself during a string of unsettling encounters along trails in a neighborhood in Northern Virginia.

Herrara, Osman Quintana

On Monday, June 30, Fairfax County Police said that Osman Quintana Herrara had been detained on Thursday, June 26 and charged with three charges of indecent exposure.

After receiving a report of a male who had exposed himself before fleeing, police said they initially arrived to the intersection of Maple Run Lane and Middle Ridge Drive in Greenbriar around 4:10 p.m. on April 24.

Despite searching the area, officers were unable to find the individual.

The inquiry was then taken over by detectives, who finally named Quintana Herrara as the culprit. Then, in 2024, investigators connected him to two cases that were identical in that a male was observed exposing himself or masturbating on the Rocky Run Trail.

After being arrested at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, Quintana Herrara was later freed on a $1,500 bond, according to the police.
