Virginia Man Threatened To Rape Cop s Daughter, Emailed Child Porn: Feds

A Virginia man was charged with disrupting federal offenses after what began as a parking complaint.

A parking incident in Virginia resulted in threats against the Williamsburg police officer.

Federal investigators said this week that Xavier Joseph Stafford, 22, of Williamsburg, had confessed to threatening to rape a police officer’s daughter over a minor parking conflict.

According to the US Attorney’s Office, Stafford specifically entered a guilty plea on Monday, June 30 to disseminating graphic depictions of child sexual assault.

Court filings state that a police officer contacted him on February 14 and 15 and asked him to move his car off private property in Williamsburg.

Prosecutors claim that Stafford threatened to rape the officer’s daughter in an email he sent to the officer on February 18, a few days later, along with two animated pictures showing child sexual abuse.

A live photo of the officer’s house that looped through multiple frames of consecutive photos was also included in the email.

Stafford faces a mandatory minimum term of five years and a maximum sentence of twenty years in prison when he is sentenced in December.
