Snack Wrap Comeback: McDonald s Beloved Favorite Returns to Westchester

Fans of a traditional Westchester County fast-food favorite can finally celebrate the end of the wait.

There will be more McDonald’s snack wraps available in Westchester.

McDonald’s is formally reintroducing its popular snack wrap to menus around the nation, including right here in Westchester County, following nearly ten years of customer demand.

On Wednesday, July 10, the long-awaited comeback of the 2016-discontinued item will take place at participating locations, and according to McDonald’s, it will be here to stay.

Two daring new flavor possibilities are part of the Snack Wrap resurrection, which is being driven by devoted nostalgia, petitions, and unrelenting fan demand on social media:

  • Spicy Snack Wrap: Featuring a habanero kick inspired by the popular Spicy McCrispy sandwich;
  • Ranch Snack Wrap: Full of savory, silky ranch flavor with subtle notes of onion and garlic.

In both wraps, McDonald’s new McCrispy Strips—all-white flesh chicken encased in a soft flour tortilla and topped with cheese and shredded lettuce—are featured.

Snack wraps are available for customers to order à la carte or as part of a combo meal that consists of two wraps, medium fries, and a beverage.

As long as customers continue to like the Snack Wrap at McDonald’s, we’re thrilled to bring it back, a company spokeswoman stated.
