Man Attacks Girlfriend, Flees To Rye Train Station: Police
According to authorities, a guy was taken into custody after reportedly abusing his girlfriend and escaping to a nearby Westchester train station.

According to the Rye Police Department, the incident occurred at a residence on Chestnut Street in the City of Rye on Thursday, July 3, at approximately 1:20 p.m.
Officers responded to a domestic dispute report there. The victim told officers at the scene that she had been attacked by her boyfriend, who then ran away in the direction of Rye Train Station.
Minutes later, officers found the culprit at the train station and safely arrested him.
After being transported to Rye Police Headquarters, the suspect—who was identified as Yonkers resident Isaiah P. Greene, age 24—was processed. After his arraignment in Rye City Court, a judge set $500 cash bail and issued an order of protection.
Greene was accused of second-degree harassment, criminal obstruction of respiration, and criminal contempt in the second degree, all of which are misdemeanors.
On Tuesday, July 8, he was supposed to return before Rye City Court after being taken to the Westchester County Correctional Facility.
