Christian Scott Noto Killed In Bicycle Crash: Lanco Coroner
According to court documents and the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office, a man who was killed while riding his bike in Warwick Township had a criminal history including drug-related bike DUIs.

According to the coroner’s office, Christian Scott Noto, 24, of Ephrata, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, after being hit by a car while bicycling close to Shirley Lane and Rothsville Road. At 5:50 p.m., Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital declared him dead.
At 6:39 p.m., an investigator arrived and found Noto dead in the trauma bay. For an autopsy, his body was brought to the Lancaster County Forensic Center. The cause of his death is still being investigated.
When New Holland Borough police saw Noto riding a gas-powered bike while under the influence of drugs in May 2021, he was found to have a criminal record.
Noto was unable to finish sobriety tests and shown symptoms of impairment. A combination of marijuana and methamphetamine was found in a blood test. Additionally, he was discovered in possession of drug paraphernalia.
He entered a guilty plea to two summary traffic infractions, four misdemeanor DUI counts, and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession. Two weeks before to his death, on July 10, 2025, he was resentenced with time served included in his sentence.
