Two Women Arrested In East Northport Massage Parlor Raid: Suffolk County Police

Suffolk County Police reported on Wednesday, July 30, that two women were taken into custody following a raid at an East Northport massage parlor.

Wonderful Body and Foot Spa Massage is situated in East Northport at 2006 Jericho Turnpike.

The department said that after an investigation into Wonderful Body and Foot Spa Massage, located at 2006 Jericho Turnpike, Yu Lan Li, 60, and Suhong Lyu, 50, both of Flushing, were placed under arrest.

According to the police, following a community complaint, officers from the Second Precinct Crime Section coordinated with the Town of Huntington Fire Marshal and Ordinance Inspectors to carry out the raid.

Both ladies were accused of misdemeanor prostitution and felony unauthorized practice of a profession.

The company is still being investigated after the Town of Huntington filed seven citations against it.

According to the police, Li and Lyu were given Desk Appearance Tickets and are expected to show up before Central Islip’s First District Court later.

A criminal charge is an accusation, and both defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty, authorities reminded the public.
