Man Sexually Assaulted 3 Teen Boys, Filmed It In New Rochelle: Here’s His Fate

Prosecutors said a 53-year-old man from Westchester County would serve more than ten years in jail for sexually abusing three minors.

Prosecutors said Fernando Rincon, 53, of New Rochelle, would serve more than ten years in prison for sexually abusing three boys.

The Westchester County District Attorney’s Office said on Wednesday, August 13, that Fernando Rincon, 53, of New Rochelle, was sentenced Tuesday, Aug. 12, to 13 years in state prison after entering a guilty plea in March to one count of second-degree criminal sexual act and two counts of third-degree criminal sexual act.

According to the DA’s Office, Rincon sexually abused three boys, ages 14 to 15, between January and April of 2024. During the interactions, he also took videos of the victims.

“The defendant preyed upon a vulnerable population in order to commit these sickening acts,” said DA Susan Cacace.

Cacace went on, “There is no way to reverse the anguish these individuals endured. However, because of their bravery, we have now secured a significant punishment that will deprive the defendant of their freedom for more than ten years.”

Following a months-long investigation by the DA’s office and New Rochelle detectives, Rincon was initially taken into custody in September 2024. Police asked anyone who knew anything about his interactions with youngsters to come forward at the time.

At punishment, he was also mandated to register as a sex offender, serve 10 years of post-release supervision, and follow permanent protection orders obtained on behalf of the victims.
