Jamar Warren, Aviaire Evans Arrested After I-95 Chase
Pennsylvania State Police said Friday, Aug. 15, that a driver suspected of transporting drugs and his passenger were taken into custody following a chaotic multi-car incident on I-95 in Chester City that resulted from a high-speed police pursuit that ripped out of Delaware.

According to PSP Media, the pursuit started on Thursday, August 14, in Wilmington when police attempted to pull over a black Honda Accord.
According to officials, when the suspects ran north, the car struck a Wilmington Police cruiser in Delaware before entering Pennsylvania. Following the second collision near mile marker 4.4, just north of the Commodore Barry Bridge, at approximately 3:25 p.m., the Accord disabled itself after colliding with two civilian vehicles on I-95 Northbound.
Both residents, named as Jamar Tywan Warren and Aviaire Evans, were detained by Wilmington police until Pennsylvania State Police could arrive.
Both were placed under PSP arrest on suspicion of evading justice. According to Pennsylvania authorities, Warren, the driver, is also charged with drug offenses and collision-related offenses.
