Over two years after the last Bed Bath & Beyond facility closed, the company may be opening physical locations again.

In Okemos, Michigan, a former Bed Bath & Beyond store.

In its earnings release on Monday, July 28, Beyond Inc. made a reference to the opening of the first Bed Bath & Beyond location. Beyond also owns buybuy BABY and Overstock.

Nashville is where the “small-format” store would be situated.

Marcus Lemonis, executive chair of Beyond, said, “It’s a smart, scalable model that puts our iconic brands back in the heart of communities.”

The store’s opening date and whether further sites are planned have not been disclosed by the corporation.

After declaring bankruptcy in April 2023, Bed Bath & Beyond started closing its 360 outlets and 120 buybuy BABY stores around the United States. After Overstock paid more than $21 million to acquire the brand’s name, domain, and loyalty program assets, the company survived the shutdown.

In July 2023, the last Beth Bath & Beyond location closed.
