Burger King Unveils New Whopper

Beginning with a smoky new take on its iconic sandwich, Burger King is allowing its patrons to influence its menu.

The BBQ Brisket Whopper was newly introduced by Burger King.

The fast-food restaurant business just launched the BBQ Brisket Whopper, the first item under its brand-new Whopper by You platform, which allows patrons to suggest concepts for new Whopper designs.

The new burger consists of a flame-grilled beef patty with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise, topped with slow-cooked BBQ brisket, crispy onions, American cheese, and a sweet golden BBQ sauce. Both standard and Whopper Jr. sizes are available.

In an effort to crowdsource menu innovation, Burger King launched the Whopper by You program. The business claims that fans can upload their own combinations online, and some of their inventions will be tested as limited-edition products.

On Tuesday, July 15, the BBQ Brisket Whopper made its debut in restaurants around the country. It will be offered at participating establishments for a certain period of time.
