Glider Crashes Into Golf Cart Carrying Group At Wurtsboro Airport: Report

According to The Yeshiva World, the event occurred at the Wurtsboro Airport, where a group had been going on Tuesday, July 8, to go gliding.
The publication claims that a glider, whose pilot apparently failed to notice them, struck the golf cart carrying the group as it was being driven from the terminal to the glider field.
A more serious result was avoided because the glider struck at an angle. According to reports, none of the individuals involved were seriously hurt.
