Nadelisse Forde,13, Reported Missing In Bay Shore

A 13-year-old girl from Long Island has gone missing, and authorities are requesting assistance in finding her.

The New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse reports that Nadelisse Forde was last seen on Wednesday, June 25, at her home on the Bay Shore.

Forde was last spotted sporting blue sweatpants, black and white Nike Jordan sneakers, and a black and white Nike t-shirt. Her hair is highlighted with orange.
