Keira D Ambra, 18, illed After Mustang Crashes Into Tree Near Middle School In Fairless Hills

On Sunday, July 27, Bristol Township police reported that an 18-year-old woman had died in a high-speed collision that slammed a car into a tree close to Armstrong Middle School in Bucks County.

Around 3:43 p.m., Keira D. Ambra of Fairless Hills was in the backseat of a white 2002 Ford Mustang when the car lost control and collided with a tree on Wistar Road, according to the authorities.

Police say D. Ambra died from her wounds after being taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center.

In stable condition were the 17-year-old Levittown driver and another 17-year-old male passenger.

D Ambra was a sweet, caring, and kind young woman with a captivating giggle. She had just graduated from high school and celebrated her 18th birthday in June.

Her family said in a statement that her choice to donate her organs was the greatest gift she could have given, saving lives even as she passed away, and they encouraged people to drive carefully as a warning about the risks of speeding.

Through more than 300 donations, the Assist with Keira’s Final Farewell GoFundMe site has already raised more than $22,000 of its $28,000 target. In order to assist with burial costs, medical bills, and missed income, her uncle Daniel Spencer has launched a fundraising on behalf of her parents, Jaime and Joseph D. Ambra.

The crash inquiry is still ongoing. Officer Kenneth Margerum #146 of the Bristol Township Police Department Traffic Safety Unit can be reached at (267) 812-2991 or by calling the department’s non-emergency line at 215-785-4040 if you have any information.
