Daniel Foster Dead After Shooting In Alexandria Building: PD
Authorities in Northern Virginia said that a shooting and stabbing inside an Alexandria building resulted in one man’s death and another man’s hospitalization.

According to a department spokesperson, Alexandria Police Department officers were dispatched to the 6000 block of Edsall Road at approximately 5:55 p.m. on Sunday, June 29, in response to a reported stabbing.
Police discovered a man with numerous cuts and lacerations when they arrived. For treatment, he was taken to a local hospital.
Officers discovered a second male, 42-year-old Daniel Foster of Alexandria, dead inside the building while conducting a search.
Initially thought to be a double stabbing, further investigation showed Foster had been fatally shot, according to Alexandria Police.
According to officials, the official cause and manner of death will be decided by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
The government claims that all of the individuals involved in the incident have been located and identified.
