Littleton, Logan

Following a three-day trial in Wicomico County Circuit Court, Logan Littleton, 29, of Seaford, Delaware, was convicted on three charges of sexually abusing a minor, according to officials.

According to the Wicomico County State’s Attorney’s Office, the abuse took place between 2014 and 2015 and included a minor who shared Littleton’s home.

According to officials, Littleton will be held in detention until the court orders a pre-sentence investigation and mental health evaluation.

There is currently no scheduled sentencing date.

According to State Attorney Jamie Dykes, Wicomico County will never tolerate child sexual abuse. The survivor got the justice they were due as a result of their bravery and the jury’s thoughtful decision.

Dykes continued, “I hope that knowing that this Defendant has finally been held accountable for his crimes brings the survivor peace and healing.”
