Motorcyclist Killed In Friday Afternoon Woodcliff Lake Crash, Officials Say
According to officials, a motorcyclist lost his life in a collision in Bergen County on Friday afternoon, August 1.

Jeff Angermeyer, the Deputy Chief of Detectives for the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, stated that the collision happened at approximately 4:51 p.m. on Pascack Road in Woodcliff Lake, close to the intersection of West Hill Road.
When Woodcliff Lake police, local emergency medical services, and police from nearby towns arrived, they discovered a seriously injured motorcyclist. According to Angermeyer, the rider was declared dead at the spot despite attempts to save his life.
The motorcycle and another car collided along Pascack Road, according to investigators. The other car’s driver remained on the site and is assisting the authorities.
A collaborative investigation was started by the Woodcliff Lake Police Department and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Fatal Accident Investigation Unit. Until the next of kin are informed, the motorcyclist’s identity is being kept secret.
Woodcliff Lake Police Chief Stephen Regula and Bergen County Prosecutor Chief Matthew Finck are leading the probe.
