NJ Man Who Attempted to Sexually Assault Minor Learns Fate: Prosecutor
A 54-year-old Flemington man was sentenced to a decade in prison on Friday, June 13, after pleading guilty to attempting to sexually assault a minor and possessing child pornography, authorities said.

On Thursday, June 20, 2004, Flemington police responded to Daniel White’s residence where he admitted to attempting to sexually assault a minor on numerous occasions and possessing multiple sex abuse materials.
White pleaded guilty to the charges in February, authorities said. He will be subjected to Megan’s Law Registration and Parole Supervision for Life, authorities said.
