Shots Fired, Drugs Found, Attempted Murder Charges Filed: Hagerstown Police

After gunfire shook a Hagerstown neighborhood late Sunday night, police reported three arrests, including two Baltimore-based suspects, a drug seize, and an abandoned Glock.

Hagerstown is where the weapons were found.

Around 11:21 p.m. on Sunday, June 29, 2025, officers were called to the 400 block of Jonathan Street in response to a complaint of many gunshots, according to the police.

On the ground, they discovered a large number of shell casings and medicines.

Two suspects were swiftly located at a nearby home by investigators, who apprehended them without incident. According to officers, controlled dangerous drugs were visible.

According to officials, cops obtained a search order overnight and carried it out early on Monday.

Police said the Washington County Narcotics Task Force confiscated cocaine and possible fentanyl from the residence on Jonathan Street.
