Jose Hernandez-Fuentes, 32, Falls To Death In Muttontown
On Long Island, authorities identified a tree trimmer who died after falling to the ground.

The following day, Nassau County Police announced that Jose Hernandez-Fuentes, 32, of Hempstead, had died after falling around thirty feet while working in a tree in Muttontown on Monday afternoon, June 23.
As previously reported by the Daily Voice, Hernandez-Fuentes was pruning branches on Woodstrock Court when the limb he was standing on and its supporting limb abruptly snapped at approximately 4:15 p.m.
He was severely injured when he fell to the ground. He was declared dead at the scene by a medic from the Nassau County Police Department.
According to authorities, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Homicide Squad detectives are looking into the tragic fall.
