Viral Video Shows Batman Arrested In Atlantic City For Pepper Spraying Victim, Police Say

After pepper spraying another man at Texas Avenue and the Boardwalk on Sunday, August 17, 34-year-old Curtis Bordley, who was costumed as Batman, was taken into custody, according to Atlantic City police.
