After pepper spraying another man at Texas Avenue and the Boardwalk on Sunday, August 17, 34-year-old Curtis Bordley, who was costumed as Batman, was taken into custody, according to Atlantic City police.
According to authorities, the victim was taken to a local hospital for medical attention. According to authorities, Bordley was accused of aggravated assault, unlawful weapon possession, and unlawful weapon possession.
On TikTok, a video of Batman’s arrest has gone viral.
