Virginia Private Christian School Teacher Accused Of Sex With Child: Reports

According to several accounts, a teacher at a Virginia private Christian school is being charged with having sex with a youngster.

According to jail records, Katelin Campbell, 34, an English teacher at Halifax County’s CH Friend School for grades 7–12, is accused of engaging in consensual sexual relations with a minor.

After the accusation was made public, the school informed the police, who then began an investigation, and Campbell was taken into custody.

WSET was the first to report her arrest after obtaining a statement from the school.

According to the report, “We chose integrity instead of it being swept under the rug,” “Scripture is very clear that if it was done in the dark it was going to be brought to light,” according to a study written by educators.

“We understand that taking it to the police department, it was going to come shine a light on to us,” they continued. “We let them continue their inquiry after taking what we were informed.

Investigators have not disclosed any information regarding the victim.

Campbell was charged with committing indecent liberties with a kid by a person in a custodial connection and engaging in consensual sexual relations with a minor who was 15 years of age or older and who was not a parent or guardian, according to jail records.

At Blue Ridge Regional Jail, $2,500 was the bail amount.
